**Meet Our Team**
* Â **Dawn Worth** - Executive Founder & Director - Dawn is the Heart and Soul of The Shining Light. She completed the Addictions Counselor Program through CDI College with Honors, graduating in May 2022. Most recently, she graduated from Willis College with Honors in February 2024 with a second degree in Addiction Counseling and majoring in Psychology. She will also be returning to university in 2026 to complete her BA Major in Psychology and graduated in July 2025 with her Legal Law Clerk Degree.
*Shawn Worth** - Husband of the Director, Driver for all of our clients and food box deliveries.
*Tammy Keigan** - First practicum student who decided to stay on works from home in Nova Scotia. Tammy Graduated in early 2023 with honors. To schedule a meeting with her, please call the main office with your name and phone number, and she will be in contact with you.
*Jayde Willson** - Was a previous practicum student who decided to stay on for a year to gain extra knowledge.

* Caitlyn Barlow** - Daughter of Shawn & Dawn is our weekly food box coordinator and keeps track of all non-perishable food donations (incoming and outgoing).
*Dan Dregger** previous student who when is available to assist will do so and can also schedule meetings via teams or phone calls (Located in Alberta so that can assist you with time zone changes)
